Na’Diazia Whatley is a passionate, purpose-driven leader committed to the holistic development of student-athletes through excellence in both spirit and character. As the current Spirit Program Director at Voorhees University, she oversees the cheerleading and dance teams with a dynamic leadership style that blends tradition, discipline, and creativity.

Ms. Whatley holds a Master of Education from Voorhees University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Fort Valley State University. A proud HBCU graduate, she brings both academic excellence and deep institutional pride to her role. Her journey in spirit leadership began as a student-athlete, where she excelled both on the sidelines and on the court. With over a decade of experience as a dancer and cheerleader, and six years of coaching under her belt, she leads with firsthand knowledge, passion, and professionalism.

She is an active member of Delta Phi Delta Dance Fraternity, Incorporated, and the HBCU Auxiliary & Dance Directors Association. Additionally, she is certified by the National Stomp and Shake Federation. A visionary in her field, Ms. Whatley is focused on elevating the Voorhees University Spirit Program to national recognition, while building a lasting legacy that inspires students to lead with resilience, pride, and purpose. Her personal interests include teaching choreography, volunteering, Binge-watching shows or movies, and traveling.
