In an exciting conference battle, the Voorhees University Tigers emerged victorious over the Wilberforce University Lady Bulldogs on December 5, 2024. The Tigers womens basketball team extended their perfect record to 6-0, 2-0 in the HBCUAC after a decisive 65-49 win on the opponent's court at Wilberforce University.

Leading the charge for the Tigers was Cambria Parker, who notched an impressive 16 points, along with 3 rebounds and a remarkable 6 steals. Ty'Shemia Bunkley also shone brightly, contributing 12 points that were crucial in extending the Tigers' lead, particularly with her adept three-point shooting. Additional support came from Kaelin Davis who scored 8 points and secured a couple of rebounds and steals, and Nedisha Ford, who added 6 points and 3 steals to the team's tally.

By halftime, the Tigers had already established a significant lead of 36-24, setting the tone for the rest of the contest. Their consistent performance throughout the game underscored their dominance this season, as they remain undefeated. The team is now gearing up for their next encounter, which will be against Fisk University on December 7, 2024.
