Allicia Golden-Magee, a proud native of Sumter, South Carolina, embarked on her journey at Voorhees University in 2002, where she excelled both on the basketball court and the track and field. Her collegiate career was distinguished by her remarkable achievements in women's cross country and track and field. Allicia was named the Voorhees Women's Cross Country Most Valuable Player in 2002, 2003, and 2004, showcasing her dominance in the sport. She also earned the EIAC Cross Country Female Athlete of the Year honor in 2002, 2003, and 2004, and still holds the EIAC cross country record with an impressive time of 19:05.

In track and field, Allicia's versatility was evident as she thrived in events like the long jump, high jump, 400m, 800m, 1,500m, and relays. She was a four-time national qualifier, achieving a top rank of 9th at the NAIA Nationals in 2003. Her leadership was instrumental in the 4x100 relay team winning the EIAC conference championship in 2004, and they went on to earn All-American honors at the nationals. Allicia was also named the EIAC Track and Field Female Athlete of the Year in 2002, 2003, and 2004 and still holds the high jump record at 5 feet 5 inches.

After concluding her illustrious athletic career, Allicia returned to Voorhees in 2009 as an assistant track and field coach, and two years later, she was promoted to head coach. Under her guidance, seven national qualifiers and two NAIA national runners up emerged, further solidifying her legacy at her alma mater.
